Since January, I have started to dot my dreams down into this colouring journal. I thought that it would be fun to go back and read them anytime I wanted to and maybe to analyse them. We dream about so many things but once we're awake we barely remember anything, and this way I can keep track of what's going on in my head. Everything that happens has a reason, and that goes for dreams as well. Understanding what dreams translate to can be quite fun and very interesting...
This colouring journal was a Christmas present, and I have been enjoying it quite a bit. It has adult colouring pages in it as well as space to write. Some pages aren't full of lines, but I just tend to draw my own lines when needed, so I don't waste any space when I write on those sides. I haven't coloured much in this particular book yet, as I have another one that I have started a while ago so once I'm finished with that one I will start this one. (I have blured the image above, so you guys won't read my messed up dreams. ;-D)
Colouring isn't just for kids, and I'm sure a lot of you have seen it around in the past year or so. I believe it helps to relax the mind as well as keep you busy on a quite night in front of the tv. I have a lot of crazy things going on in my brain as it is, so I try to do things that can destress me such as colouring, journaling, meditation and doing yoga. This is just another good way to keep my brain entertained. The images in this colouring journal are so cute. It is full of forest creatures as you can see in the images bellow. I love animals and anything that's related to nature, so I was instantly in love with this book.
