LFW: ISSA AW15

Wednesday 25 February 2015
Brewer St Car Park, Soho, London, UK
As most of you know this season Issa had a new creative director, Jamie O'Hare, so when anything like that happens, you're just waiting to see what new ideas they're bringing to the table.

The new director brought the sexiness into the designs as well as made some safe choices. As this was the first show he done as the new creative director, he had to play it a bit safe to keep the old fans happy but he did show a little bit of a new version of the brand. Let's just hope he will bring more of himself into the next collection.

On the runway we have seen a lot of dark colours, but a little bit of bright colours and patterns appeared here and there. At the start of the show, a lot of monochrome outfits oozed the runway, with crashing prints and beautiful ankle boots. After/in between the darks we saw some gorgeous red, yellow and blue outfits that was very much needed in the collection. Without them it would have been very simple.
