LIFESTYLE WEDNESDAY: DR. ORGANIC SHAMPOOS

Wednesday, 12 July 2017
London, UK
Having a good haircare routine is as important as having a good skincare routine. Making sure that you have a shampoo that not only looks after you but the environment is always a good thing to have. There are so many great brands out there, and I have found a few, however, I was keep coming back to this brand, Dr. Organic...

BEAUTY MONDAY: BARRY M FEATURE LENGHT MASCARA REVIEW

Monday, 10 July 2017
London, UK
One of the things I can't live without is a good mascara. Even if you have nothing else on your face, it helps you to look more awake and put together. It takes a short amount of time to apply, so when I'm in a rush, I want to have something that I can apply very easily on the go or at home before I leave my house. I experiment with a lot of makeup, and I wanted to have something that was cruelty-free, as it is the most important thing to me when I buy makeup. The last post I did on a mascara was not cruelty-free, which I believe was about a year and a half ago, but I have changed my beliefs since then so I really hope you guys will like how this turned out...

BEAUTY MONDAY: SAMPLES FROM LUSH AND THE BODY SHOP

Monday, 3 July 2017
London, UK
This post is going to be a short one, but I really just wanted to share this little secret with you guys, as not many people know that you actually can do this in these shops...

It is very important to know what product works for you, however, not all brands are willing to give out samples to try their products. Without trying things out, you might hesitate to buy the whole item as it might cost a lot of money. In this case, a lot of people try to find a cheaper alternative. I found a good way to get the most out of two shops that have options for vegan and cruelty-free products...

BEAUTY MONDAY: ISABELLA'S SECRET REVIEW

Monday, 26 June 2017
London, UK
Isabella's Secret. What is it, you ask? Well, let me tell you. This brand has a lot of different types of products that can help the mind, body, soul and the skin. But they are all connected. So when you have amazing skin your whole existence starts to change. Your mind will feel less stressed and will have space to think about other things, and of course, make you feel more attractive to others and to yourself. This can be your skin on your face, or on your body. It doesn't matter because when you have good skin care products, they will help you to be the best version of yourself. All of the products below are vegan and cruelty-free. Which again, just lets you be happier, and it is a relief to know that the brand you love cares about the environment as well as you. You guys know that I love natural products, and this brand is all about that.

I am going to explain how these products helped me, and how they work the best way in my opinion...

BEAUTY MONDAY: YES TO DETOXIFYING CHARCOAL FACIAL WIPES REVIEW

Monday, 24 April 2017
London, UK
Lately, the beauty scene has been blooming with products that contain charcoal. I have spoken about a toothpaste in one of my previous posts, and I have expressed how impressed I was with it. So, naturally, I was keen on trying out another product that had the charcoal element to it too.

When I was doing my online shopping a few weeks back, I have stumbled across these wipes from YesTo. I have used some products from this brand before and I liked them a lot. However, not every product is vegan, which I only realised after I used them, and that's why I haven't posted anything about them. But this product is vegan, and I wanted to share my thoughts with you guys...

BEAUTY MONDAY: HOURGLASS AMBIENT STROBE LIGHTING POWDER

Monday, 17 April 2017
London, UK
Highlighters have been a blessing from the sky. They're shiny and pretty. They make a girl look complete. However, there are so many out there, and I have tried out a lot of them. Finding the perfect one is as important as finding the right shade of bronzer or foundation. Especially when deciding which shade of highlighter is suitable for day-time and night-time. I settled on this highlighter that I use on a daily basis...

BEAUTY MONDAY: GREEN PEOPLE DAY SOLUTION CREAM SPF15

Monday, 3 April 2017
London, UK
I have tried out a lot of skincare products over the years and for the skin type I have, it is quite hard for me to find something that grants every wish I have to keep my skin in perfect condition for my needs.

BEAUTY MONDAY: SLEEK LUMINAIRE CONCEALER REVIEW

Monday, 27 March 2017
London, UK
In Superdrug they have a few brands that are cruelty-free. So when I saw that this concealer was  included in that category, I was keen on purchasing it. I have been using a concealer by Nars for a while now, however, it finished and I needed something right away.

Superdrug is just down the street from my house, so it was very easy for me to just to go in and pick this up.

BEAUTY MONDAY: PACIFICA CC CREAM

Monday, 20 March 2017
London, UK
When it comes to beauty products that involve my skin, I am very particular about what I want and need. As my skin is very oily, I need something that's not gonna go really greasy after 10 minutes of sitting on my face.

Spring is here and a heavy foundation is not something I like to use once the sun is out. For my make-up routine, I like to use foundation in the winter time - when the weather is cold and I'm more likely to break out. A good coverage foundation is perfect to shield me from those breakouts. For spring time I like to keep it light and simple.

BEAUTY MONDAY: 5 LIPSTICKS FOR £5 - ARE THEY ACTUALLY GOOD?

Monday, 13 March 2017
London, UK
Superdrug sells a lot of different makeup, however, most of them are tested on animals. So, when I forgot my lipstick I Googled which brands are cruelty-free, and the brand Freedom was one of them. First I wasn't sure about this set because it had 5 lippies in 1 box which only costs £5.

I was quite sure they would be bad but I needed something quick and moisturising. They had darker shades as well, but a nude lipstick is always a safe choice. In this particular Superdrug, this was the only brand that was cruelty-free, except Barry M. I have most of the lipsticks from Barry M, so I had to go with this collection.

BEAUTY MONDAY: LAVERA RE-ENERGISING SLEEPING CREAM

Monday, 6 March 2017
London, UK
Finding the right skincare routine is very important to me, as it should be to everyone. Having a good skincare product can help us look younger and have healthier skin in the long run. This is a very significant part of my lifestyle. I have been only purchasing products that are vegan & cruelty-free. It's not necessary for any beauty product to be cruel to anyone or anything. Brands that are kind to animals are definitely putting more effort into their products to be safe for our skin, so why not buy from those brands and let skincare products be kind to us as well as the little one's who can't speak up for themselves?!

BEAUTY MONDAY: COLOUR POP ULTRA SATIN LIP - SHADE: ECHO PARK

As we all know, ColourPop now delivers to the UK (whoop-whoop). I've been waiting for this moment for a very long time, and finally, it has arrived. They have some amazing shades of liquid lipsticks, and the decision to pick the best colour was a very hard one...
